Purpose

The Oncology Nursing History Center was established in 2023 to support the missions of Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), Oncology Nursing Foundation (The Foundation), and Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) by preserving the history, capturing the present, and celebrating the future of our organizations and the oncology nursing profession. The Oncology Nursing History Center will accomplish this by acquiring materials that fit within the Center’s collection scope, preserving materials already in possession, and providing access to staff, members, outside researchers, and the general public through virtual exhibits and other digital means.
